It’s great to have these products as a starting place. Thanks for this. One thing I would like to see added is pro-biotics, for those of us who can’t make ourselves eat fermentation products. I have been learning recently that we need many many more strains of normal flora than are in a typical pro-biotic capsule. What brands do you recommend?
