This week on Paleo Conversations, I chat with Liz Wolfe of Real Food Liz about mommy guilt, parenting practices and raising Paleo children. Liz Wolfe is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), a best-selling author, and a food, fertility & natural skincare nut.
Liz is absolutely my go-to for her deep and passionate knowledge of a whole range of products. She introduced me to the Coffee Bean Serum and her own C-Ex serum from Primal Life Organics, which I absolutely love, and she’s still my first call when I have a question about natural skincare. Liz also introduced me to Beautycounter, a line of toxin-free, high-performance make-up and skin-care that I’ve fallen in love with! Liz has also become an authority on natural fertility and parenting, and is currently finishing the fantastic fertility program Baby Making and Beyond (check out the link to be the first to find out when it launches!).
I was so excited to get a few minutes of Liz’s precious time because of her incredible insights. Plus, let’s face it, it’s just nice to talk with other Paleo moms! In this interview, we also touch on healing the body from the outside-in, her work with Primal Life Organics and her passion for quality make-up and skin care.
If you want more Liz, be sure to check out her program Purely Primal Skincare, too! It’s a fantastic resource for those looking to clean up their skincare routines—I love that it lays out so many options and makes you feel empowered to choose what’s best for you!
Paleo Conversations is a semi-regular YouTube series designed to be a conversation between myself and other bloggers, authors, and entrepreneurs within the Paleo, Ancestral, Traditional Foods, and Alternative Health Communities. Rather than an interview, the approach is more like the conversation that would happen at a coffee shop should my guest and I meet up. These videos are unscripted, rarely edited (if ever edited, they are edited for length not content), and hopefully give the viewer a window into the lives, thoughts, plans, and projects of leading voices in this community.
