Place desired number of eggs onto trivet (6-10 works well).
Put lid on Instant Pot and make sure the valve is set to “sealing.”
Using the manual setting, cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
Once the eggs have finished cooking, do a quick release of the pressure and immediately move the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool.
