How do I access and navigate the digital workshop?
If you don’t already have an account, you will be asked to create one at checkout. Simply log in to your account by clicking on “My Account” at the top of ThePaleoMom.com homepage and select “ThePaleoMom Workshop & Masterclass 2019” under “My Courses”. Then scroll down to the table to start navigating your way through the huge amount of content.
ThePaleoMom Workshop & Masterclass 2019 is structured using an online course platform. Each program session and virtual experience component of ThePaleoMom Workshop & Masterclass 2019 is its own “lesson”. You can navigate directly from the main “course” page, or, once you are in a lesson, you can navigate using the “Previous Lesson” and “Next Lesson” links at the bottom of each page.
Does my access expire?
No! Once you have purchased access to ThePaleoMom Worshop & Masterclass 2019, you will retain lifetime access.
Is this a good resource for AIP Lecture Series alumni?
Yes! Dr. Sarah went to considerable lengths to minimize repeat content between the AIP Lecture Series and the Workshop & Masterclass 2019. In addition, there’s plenty of content included in the Workshop & Masterclass that will be of interest to autoimmune disease sufferers that is not included in the AIP Lecture Series, most notably the gut health program session.
Can I get CE credits for this workshop?
At this point, neither the live nor the recorded event offers continuing education credits for any program. If you are an NTA graduate, you can get CE credits for taking the AIP Certified Coach course.
Where can I ask questions?
Questions were asked during the program sessions by attendees of the live event, and answers to these questions are included within the program session videos. If you have additional questions or would enjoy connection with Dr. Sarah Ballantyne, consider joining Insider Connection, a private Facebook group that gives you direct access to Dr. Sarah. There are no other mechanisms for asking content-related questions within this product.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase and if you have watched less than 20% of the total video content. If you have watched more than 20% of the video content, or if it has been more than 30 days since you purchased access, no refund will be provided. Refund requests can be made on my Refund Policy page. You will lose access to the course upon processing your refund.
