Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
Most people think that the answer to healthy weight management is to eat less and exercise more. This is actually quite the opposite. I begin my reconditioning the nutritional brainwash that has permeated our society and led to such a health issue epidemic.
What do you like most about your job?
I get to see people go from stressed, depressed and unhealthy to happy, energetic and lean. Even my clients who already look and feel good get improvement and I love to see a refinement in their body composition and mental function.
What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What’s your answer?
I always get asked, “do I have to follow a strict diet?” The answer is that all of us have a “Diet”, that’s just the name for classifying what we eat. Eating healthfully is actually very diverse and most importantly, delicious AND nutritious. I guarantee you will be amazed about what you can eat and how it tastes.
How did you decide to get in your line of work?
I solved my own health issues that conventional wisdom was unable to solve. I was recommended 3 pharmaceutical prescriptions which have horrible side effects and would have made my health worse if I would have took them. Instead I used a combination of advanced nutritional therapy and simple lifestyle modifications to become the healthiest and happiest version of myself.
Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
Yes. I’m an avid researcher and am part of the Nutritional Therapy Association, which is the leading nutritional therapy school in the United States. Some of the best-selling and most effective health detectives and authors started from the education obtained there.
What is your greatest strength?
My greatest strength is to not just focus on one aspect of health. The truth is that we are complex individuals with different minds and bodies that will respond differently to many factors. Just focusing on diet is a waste of time, just like focusing only on fitness is a waste of time. You have to look at the human as a whole entity, and that’s exactly what I do best.
