I wasn’t able to access this podcast on iTunes. It looks like the podcasts only go back as far as episode 25. Is there another way to listen to it?

Thank you!

This podcast was super helpful and encouraging to me. We just celebrated Mother’s Day and had company for a week. I didn’t make the best food choices and yesterday was a really down day for me, emotionally and having nausea. I started to panic, thinking that new foods like coconut milk and sweet potatoes were bothering me but after listening to this podcast it clicked that it was probably the non gluten baked goods we enjoyed on Mothers Day (and I even snitched bites of the pastries with gluten). I’m back on the wagon since listening and hopeful that a few days or a week of following the AIP without cheats will propel me back to feeling healthier and being healthier.
