I really enjoy your recipes and your website! Thank you for you hard work, time, and all that you share. I am in need of a cake recipe for my child’s birthday next week. It needs to be a recipe that I can make in a large pan and then ice
As a character. Have been searching in Pinterest and found a couple possible recipes…but wanted to check with you because your recipes work and I don’t have the time to make it in advance to make sure it will turn out. What are your thoughts/suggestions?

I enjoy your blog and look forward to making some of the recipes with modifications, I have to follow the AIP ALSO low oxalate, cannot do any nut products or chocolate, I noticed a lot of the baked goods use almond flour, is there another alternative that would bring me the same consistency? Maybe just upping the coconut flour?

I’ve been working on AIP baking recipe for the past several months for the book. It’s very challenging chemistry, but I find plantain flour to be the easiest to work with.
