I understand how helpful eating fermented foods can be in healing the gut. Unfortunately, I have a yeast intolerance. I would love to incorporate kombucha or fermented vegetables, and have had some luck making my own coconut milk yogurt using probiotics as the starter. Is there a yeast-free method of making kombucha or fermented veggies?
