What is Team Paleo Mom?
Team Paleo Mom are bloggers who I respect and trust who have volunteered to help me with the ever increasing volume of questions I get e-mailed every day.
Why Team Paleo Mom?
It is a wonderful problem to have. I have quite simply reached the point where I can not keep up with the volume of questions I get e-mailed. But, I still want to be able to answer them! I had a couple of choices in how to handle this. Since I have yet to figure out how to clone myself, creating Team Paleo Mom seemed like the best compromise. Your questions still get answered, even if not directly by me.
How Does Team Paleo Mom work?
I will still be reading every e-mail you send me. And, I’ll even still be answering many of them myself. However, when I feel that a member of Team Paleo Mom is well-equipped to answer your question, I will be forwarding your e-mail to them. Just as you are with me, you are welcome to reply, to start a conversation, to ask follow-up questions. If the member of Team Paleo Mom feels that I would be better equipped to answer your question (or follow-up), they will forward that e-mail back to me. I have chosen these particular bloggers to be member of Team Paleo Mom because I feel that in the vast majority of cases they would answer your questions very similarly to how I would answer your questions.
Want to bypass me and e-mail Team Paleo Mom directly? You are welcome to!

Who Are the Members of Team Paleo Mom?
Mickey Trescott is the blogger behind Autoimmune-Paleo. She is a personal chef and blogger from Seattle, WA who has both Hashimoto’s and Celiac disease. She writes about her struggles with autoimmunity, alternative treatments and protocols, and shares many AIP-friendly recipes on her blog. She is busy writing a cookbook for the autoimmune protocol that is coming out early this year (and yes, I will let you all know when it’s released! how exciting!). You can also find Mickey on Facebook and Instagram.
Christina Feindel has advocated an earth- and health-friendly lifestyle via A Clean Plate since being diagnosed with gluten ataxia and Hashimoto’s disease in her early 20s. She has worked as a patient advocate with Hashimoto’s 411 and founded its diet-focused sister group on Facebook in 2012. An occasional writer and artist, Christina also has a personal blog at Xina Lynn and is on Facebook and Twitter.
Melissa Hughes is passionate about all aspects of nutrient-dense, REAL food, and enjoys exercising her critically thinking as she continues to research and analyze modern health issues and dynamics. She has successfully used the Paleo Autoimmune Protocol to resolve her own autoimmune issues, improve her overall health, and avoid further dis-ease. Most of her blogging currently occurs on Facebook, as “Vitality Enthusiast“, but she is also working to further develop her “official” blog.
I can not thank Team Paleo Mom enough for their contributions to my blog and for helping me maintain this vital connection with my readers. It is the selfless donation of their time and energy that means that your questions will get answered. Let’s hear it for Team Paleo Mom! Go Team!
