Our twenty-eighth show!
Ep. 28: Immune System and Immune Disorders

In this episode, Stacy and Sarah are not talking about autoimmune disorders, but the opposite: how do you handle a taxed or a disordered immune system? Hear tips on how to regulate immune function and how to recover when you’ve been sick. Plus, should you really give children wheat so that they develop  immune tolerance to it?

I don’t have an autoimmune disorder, but I do have an immune disorder. I was so interested to hear about the difference & would love to know more information. I have increasing sensitivities. I have been gluten-free for over a year, & I have been trying to move more paleo. I have issues with allergies (drug & environmental), anxiety & insomnia (can’t stay asleep or wake up feeling exhausted). The more I moved toward Paleo, the more fatigued I felt. My dr drew blood & has asked me to do an elimination diet. The foods that I am to eliminate involve foods that I eat more of since I have moved to paleo: squash & eggs as well as oregano. I would love it if you could steer me towards more information so I can figure out how all my puzzle pieces fit together.
