Hi Sarah,

I just listened to the Paleo 101 podcast and wanted to mention that Macadamia oil is actually a very good cooking oil as it has a high smoke point (410 F), has very few polyunsaturated fats (16% saturated, 83% monounsaturated, 1% polyunsaturated), and has a good omega 6:3 ratio (1.3g: 0.2g).

Keep spreading the good (paleo) word!
