TPM Tidbit: A Change to My Post Schedule

If you have been following my blog daily for a while, you know that my posts follow a predictable pattern.  I post recipes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week, first thing in the morning.  On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings, I post what I refer to as “my written posts”.  These are the posts that cover specific topics related to various aspects of a paleo lifestyle, including many detailed posts on the science behind the paleo diet and its modifications, my thoughts on various tangential subjects, my personal stories, and guest posts.  I also frequently post a second, short “TPM Tidbit” post in the afternoons (like this one), which cover a range of topics from promoting products I love to personal updates that are a bit too long to work as Facebook status updates. 

I have a very exciting, NEW way to share with you:  The Paleo View Podcast!!!  I’m sure you’ve already seen the big announcement, the info page, the question submission form, the show notes for our very first episodewhich is now up on iTunes, and heard about the BIG GIVEAWAY applicable to fans from any country!  I hope that you are as excited about this new project as I am! 

For those of you who look forward to my blog’s fairly predictable structure, I wanted to give you a head’s up that it will be changing slightly.  With the addition of The Paleo View podcast to my growing roster of projects, I need to make some room.  I will now be posting the episode Show Notes on Friday mornings instead of a recipe.  This will help keep you informed about the podcast goings-on (like the AWESOME GIVEAWAY to launch the podcast!) as well as give me an outlet for promoting the podcast.  It also reflects the time commitment that working on the podcast requires, which is time I will no longer have for writing (especially given that many of my written posts are tackling more challenging subjects these days and therefore require a fairly substantial time commitment to create).

My posts on Saturday mornings will now alternate between a recipe and a written post.  You may have noticed that I like to save my more meaty posts for Saturdays, and I will continue to do this as well as post more exciting recipes (up tomorrow is my new Nut-Free Yeast-Based Paleo Bread recipe!!!).  I hope that you enjoy listening to the podcast as much as I enjoy working on it; and I hope you feel, just as I do, that this is a pretty good trade. :)
